RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
Please Contact Us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.
Package your items carefully and send them out through your local post office to ensure they can arrive safely.
Once we have received your return, your return will then be examined by our Quality Assurance team. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will either process your refund for returns, or assist you to place your replacement order for exchanges.
We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
Conditions for returns and exchanges
Please mail the completed after-sales service form, product(s), packaging and free gift (if applicable) to us as soon as possible. You may choose to mail your return to our office at your own cost and risk (including any shipping fee, taxes and duties) from the return. You may also return them to one of the Thecandours stores in China.
Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Thecandours cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Thecandours.
This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
